Shot List

B) Relevant Plans & Sketches For The Chosen Special Effect

C) Mock Ups Relevant To The Chosen Special Effect

Contingency plan
Crew absences - If a member of crew is absent on the day, we can double up two similar roles for filming that day, and/or make a new rotor so we know what to do with that person missing
Footage corruption - In case the footage gets corrupted, it would be safe to have multiple copies of it on a USB, SD card, hard drive, etc so we don't lose it forever
Makeup/SFX problems - If the SFX goes wrong, it is best to have a plan so we know what to do and so we can see where we went wrong, it is also a good idea to do practise runs of the makeup before the shoot. If we run out of makeup, it is best to order more in advance so we always have access to it
On set injury - If we have an on set injury, we will make sure we have the right safety measures in place, as well as someone on set or close by who can handle first aid as well as a first aid kit
Actor absent for SFX design - If the actor is absent when we are designing the SFX, it's best to have a backup plan, like multiple different design plans. The actor and anyone else we model on may have different hand shapes, body types, etc so we need to get enough makeup to cover all of that
D+F) Detailed Risk Assessment For The Special Effect Production (this is the making of the prop & the shooting of the sfx sequence) + Risk Assessment For The Production Of The Footage

E) Recce

G) Permission To Use Special Effect
